Before your Appointment

Make sure you have complete the consultation forms prior to your arrival. This will assure your Esthetician has the correct information needed to perform the service. The consultation forms will be texted to you 24-48 hours before your reservation time.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered as a " No Show" appointment, and that appointment will be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

We request that you give a 24 HOURS notice prior to your scheduled appointment in the event that you can not make it. If you cancel within 24 hour of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of your booked services. If you miss an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a missed or "No Show" appointment.
